Kelly Guzman is the innovative founder and CEO at Yellow Brick Consulting, Inc., changing how new healthcare facility environments are activated.
Yellow Brick is a certified woman-owned healthcare consulting firm specializing in new facility workflow and operations planning, project management, orientation and training, regulatory preparedness, and activation planning services. Kelly and her team collaborate with executives to plan for new facility activation and coordinate the movement of patients into the facility. Yellow Brick’s mission is to deliver unparalleled project management expertise to the healthcare industry. In 2023, Yellow Brick Consulting was recognized as a Minority Business Enterprise by the Southern California Minority Supplier Development Council (SCMSDC).
Kelly has led a progressive career over the last 35 years in leadership roles in acute and ambulatory settings as a clinician, administrator, and consultant. Her stellar reputation is driven by proven success in leadership, team building, education, communication, and project management.
Kelly has led over 100 projects across North America and has established industry best practices leveraged by the healthcare community. Knowledge sharing is one of her core values. Over the years, she has spoken at industry conferences, published journal articles, hosted a podcast, and published two books in 2020 and 2021.
Kelly was inducted as a Fellow into the American Academy of Nursing in October 2023.
